Shiba Inu Developer Purge Escalates, SHIB Burn Soars 9562%

The sly fox has been asked to leave the doghouse after numerous squabbles in a hostile Distrokid takeover attempt.

  • More fights break out on social media as well-known members leave SHIB Army.
  • Shibarium Beta accusations of code plagiarism were denied by multiple sources.
  • 933,085,386 SHIB tokens set ablaze in the last 24 hours, burn rate rises 9562.61%

The Shiba Inu (SHIB) community is divided into two camps across all social platforms as leadership conflict comes in full swing. Recently, the main developer, Shytoshi Kusama, announced a Twitter profile for Shiba Inu’s metaverse project, a brand new Telegram channel for all information in regards to Shibarium and two websites dedicated to each project.

Later on, according to the fiery discussions on Discord, Kusama had to make this decision to stop the frequent FUD attacks. Apparently, SHIB Defense Breed member Trophias attempted to take over the community’s Discord channel, while promoting a side project, Pawswap DEX, which is meant to run on Shibarium.

Bully Trophias Expelled from Shibarium

According to Discord chat screenshots, the suspiciously defensive media administrator, Trophias, also a former member of the SHIB Defense Breed, lashed out on Unification (xFund) developers. The Unification developer team is playing a key role in Shibarium’s development and partnered with SHIB Token about two years ago.

However, the vociferous Trophias alleged that “xFund assholes who keep threatening this team have no place here” in December 2022. Shortly after, a spokesperson for the Unification team confirmed to DailyCoin that Trophias was never a part of the developer team and distanced themselves from the troubled moderator.

In response to Unification, Trophias uttered: “You don’t like my style, but I’m a sly fox and you won’t keep up with my dance moves!” In spite of this, Trophia’s dictatorship on Shiba Inu’s Discord server might be put to an end, even though there’s still plenty of crypto enthusiasts on Twitter outraged about being banned for no adequate reason.

SHIB Army Makes It Hot Again

The heat felt from the intense dogfight across Discord, Telegram, and Crypto Twitter does have a bright side to it. The intensifying SHIB Burn rate catapulted by 9562.61% in the last 24 hours, sending 933,085,386 Shiba Inu (SHIB) tokens to the bottomless pit. At press time, the canine crypto Shiba Inu (SHIB) trades at $0.00001089, according to CoinGecko

Indeed, the colossal amount of tokens sent to dead wallets helped maintain SHIB’s market price with a 4% daily increase. This sums up a 7.5% weekly profit and the successfully retested $0.00001 resistance levels indicate that the bull pennant continuation is definitely on the cards.

On the Flipside

  • While many media outlets claim that Trophias was kicked out of the SHIB Token developer team, it’s not factually true, as the member was never a developer.
  • However, former developers SHIB Kraken and Dezaxe recently left the project.
