  • Shiboshis and Wellyfriends NFTs will be compatible with Shiba Eternity.

The Shiba Inu (SHIB) community, popularly known as the SHIB Army, recently gathered in Twitter Spaces to discuss bringing Ryoshi’s vision into crypto space. Mainly, the panel discussed the blockchain version of Shiba Eternity and the utility of Shiboshi NFTs and Welly’s NFT collection.

Shiboshis, the official NFT collection of the Shiba Inu Ecosystem, have 10,000 pixelated dog avatars which are meant to give exclusive perks to community members. However, the Shiboshis were planned to be included in Shiba Eternity, but the currently released version doesn’t support either of Shiba Inu’s NFT collections.

Shiboshis Will Play Key Role in SHIB: The Metaverse

The Twitter Spaces hosted by Lucie and cohosted by Shibarium + No One discussed the latest SHIB Token developments in regards to NFT compatibility. Players from Shiboshi Social Club or Welly NFT can use their NFT as a hero in the blockchain game.

Shiboshis are limited to 10,000, which makes it hard for some blockchain gamers to participate in Shiba Eternity’s Web3 version. To solve this problem, the Shiboshis renting system will go live with the blockchain version of Shiba Eternity.

Marcie Jastrow, the Advisor for SHIB: The Metaverse, revealed that Shiboshis NFT owners will have a dedicated zone on SHIB: The Metaverse, but remained mysterious about other upcoming features.

Sweet Bi-Dimensional Utilities for Welly NFT Holders

Further on, the SHIB Army discussed Welly NFT. Shiba Inu’s official fast food chain might still be struggling to take off, but Welly NFTs present a unique opportunity to make decisions on BONE DAO and be the first in line for Welly’s initiatives around the globe.

Last year, Welly’s opened in Naples, Italy, but the worldwide VIP events, franchise priority, and collaborations will likely first take off in the United States. Furthermore, 15% of Welly’s Restaurant shares are owned by the SHIB Army, so holders of Welly NFTs will be able to decide on the brand’s direction.

On the Flipside

  • For the blockchain version of Shiba Eternity to go live, Shibarium, the Layer-2 solution, has to launch first.
  • While SHIB: The Metaverse’s official launch date is by the end of 2023, Shibarium’s mainnet launch date is undisclosed.
