Alejandra Guajardo, the ballet dancer who won El Salvador’s most recent national beauty pageant, has actively promoted Bitcoin (BTC) to achieve financial freedom. Indeed, El Salvador’s government has launched several financial literacy programs on BTC.

Miss Guajardo encourages men to openly share their financial knowledge about the world’s largest digital asset and blockchain technology with women, encouraging everyone to work together towards financial freedom and empowerment.

During the 71st Ms. Universe pageant in New Orleans earlier this year, Alejandra Guajardo rocked a physical Golden Bitcoin dress, referencing President Nayib Bukele’s plans for a Golden Bitcoin City, which a mining volcano would eventually power.

The beauty queen took to Instagram to give her take on the chosen outfit. She told her followers that it symbolizes the small Latin American country’s financial journey from the Colón to the U.S. dollar to become the first country in the world to adopt Bitcoin as legal tender over a year ago.

Lastly, Miss Guajardo remarked, “By adopting Bitcoin as legal cash in 2021, El Salvador established itself as a forward-thinking nation with a clear vision for the future.” Indeed, this turned out to be the reality, even if El Salvador’s Bitcoin investments are still double-digits in the red. The forward-thinking strategy stabilized the nation’s economy and brought a fair share of high-profile foreign investors.
