Crypto Exchange Gate.io Partners with FC Internazionale Milano

Gate.io will become the official sleeve partner for FC Internazionale Milano starting from the 2024/25 season, the crypto exchange said on Saturday.

Founded in 1908, Inter is one of the most prestigious football clubs globally, with a self-reported following of 500 million people. The club’s partnership with Gate.io gives the crypto exchange visibility to a new global audience, with its official logo expected to feature on the LED boards on Saturday evening at the Inter vs Leece match.

Per the official press release, the partnership seeks to enhance the soccer fan experience and provide innovative services and engagements to Inter’s global fan base. This will include opportunities for fans to connect on and off the field and access exclusive content.

Gate.io said it would also produce co-branded merchandise with Inter and engage in joint marketing activities to promote the partnership.

“This partnership aligns with our commitment to innovation and community engagement. We are excited to bring new and exciting experiences to Inter fans around the world, and to explore the many synergies between the worlds of football and digital assets,” Han Lin, Gate.io’s founder and CEO stated.

Gate.io’s logo will appear on the sleeve of Inter’s jersey starting on August 30, when the club’s Men’s team plays against Atalanta. The logo will also be featured on the sleeves of the playing kits for Inter’s Women’s team and under-20 (U20) teams.
