“With these eight projects now supporting the Layer 2 testnet, OKX is more able to demonstrate the versatility, capabilities and potential of its ZK Layer 2 network in a controlled environment,” the statement read.
OKX terms its Layer 2 “a state-of-the-art, user-friendly protocol designed for builders, creators and Web3 enthusiasts” to provide them access to the world’s leading blockchain ecosystems.
Besides leveraging zero-knowledge proofs to ensure high security and accessibility, the network is compatible with Ethereum, allowing builders to deploy EVM-based DApps seamlessly. The network also supports connectivity with various tools, wallets, and smart contracts.
In addition to building the Layer 2 network, OKX is a service provider of a suite of products, including the OKX Wallet, decentralized exchange (DEX), NFT Marketplace, and Web3 DeFi for staking on about 70 protocols across over 10 chains.
