Blockchain intelligence firm Crystal has appointed former Ripple Managing Director Navin Gupta as its head.
Founded by Bitfury in 2018, Crystal provides real-time blockchain analysis, investigative, and compliance solutions to diverse clients, including financial institutions, regulators, and law enforcement. Crystalโs analytics platform is a free blockchain explorer, SaaS, or API.
Crystal Appoints Navin Gupta as CEO
In a press release dated February 19, Crystal unveiled Navin Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Gupta takes over from Marina Khaustova, who now assumes the Chief Operations Officer (COO) role at Crystal.

Previously, as the managing director of Ripple, Gupta oversaw the companyโs growth in the MEA and South Asian markets. He also worked at HSBC and CitiBank and gained entrepreneurial experience as co-founder of a commercial transport technology platform, making him a suitable fit for the new role at Crystal.
Gupta lauded his new role, noting that it was an opportunity to leverage new-age tech and stay ahead of the curve in developing exceptional blockchain intelligence solutions.
