Many issuers see Stellar Lumens (XLM) as a powerhouse for the rising tokenization market due to the Layer-1 chain’s stability & cost-effectiveness: Franklin Templeton was among the first ones to test that out on a federal-grade scale via the long-standing BENJI fund.

From One Pilot On Stellar To An All-Star Line-Up

Now, other well-known bond issuers have joined the party. WisdomTree was the next real big-name crypto-related issuer, dropping multi-millions of their tokenized treasury. Then the 2025 Meridian wave showed up: Ondo (USDY), Mercado Bitcoin, Centrifuge, RedSwan, plus PayPal’s PYUSD (stablecoin, not the same RWA bucket).

The 2026 vertical spike is a different group: Spiko, Tradable, Realiz. Those didn’t come right after the originating BENJI or WisdomTree products. They came years later and ate the chart. However, that doesn’t necessarily resemble Stellar Lumen’s (XLM) price, as the major-cap altcoin dropped 50% judging from a yearly time-frame.

Stellar Rips Through $4 Billion RWA Market Cap

XLM added another 12% deficit Year-To-Date (YTD), while the whales were shaky in sentiment throughout the year. That stance is turning more bullish long-term as the RWA market on Stellar Lumens native network nearly quadrupled since last year. That happened with clearer regulatory headwinds, while tokenization markets sparked a new trend.

The RWA chart is Stellar’s own Dune stack: RWA market cap by issuer, month-end, last two years. Total goes from about $0.4B in late 2024 to about $4B now. Almost all of that jump is 2026. Biggest in magnitude are these RWA projects as follows:

1. Spiko – the flashy new kid on the block. Went from basically nothing to $1.5B.
2. Realiz — next big 2026 RWA slab, currently worth around $500–560 million.
3. Tradable – the grey band, roughly $550 million worth of tokenized assets.
4. Ondo — about $535 million on Stellar (mostly via the USDY stablecoin).
5. Franklin Templeton (BENJI) – the OG RWA bid with a $550 million cap.
