This new collection, set to launch on May 29 on the Binance NFT Marketplace, will celebrate Ronaldo’s legendary career by highlighting key moments from his football journey.

In a blog post, Ronaldo shared:

โ€œMy football journey has seen me travel around the world, and Iโ€™ve been honored to play for some of the most prestigious clubs out there. Now itโ€™s your turn to join me on that journey, too.โ€

While specific details like the total number of NFTs have yet to be revealed, the post confirmed that the price will be consistent for every โ€œNormal NFT.โ€ However, pricing for the โ€œSuper Rareโ€ and โ€œSuper Super Rareโ€ NFTs will vary.

Ronaldoโ€™s latest NFT collection moves to launch despite his ongoing $1 billion class action lawsuit in the US.

Following the conviction of the exchange and its founder, Changpeng โ€œCZโ€ Zhao, a group of users filed a lawsuit against Ronaldo, accusing him of promoting unregistered securities and enticing unsuspecting investors.

Plaintiffs contended that Binance leveraged Ronaldoโ€™s immense influence to reach and attract new users to the exchange, including unsuspecting investors enticed into buying unregistered securities.

The plaintiffs also claimed that Ronaldoโ€™s massive following of 850 million people across social media platforms was instrumental in propelling Binance to greater heights. Following the initial launch of Cristianoโ€™s NFT collection, search engine volumes for โ€œBinanceโ€ rose to an outstanding 500%.

The case against Ronaldo is still developing. Given the elusive nature of his residence, the soccer star has yet to be served. Plaintiffs are resorting to unconventional methods, including sending social media messages and emails to Ronaldoโ€™s current litigation counsel.
