Analyst Ali Martinez says Sui has entered a fresh bull market. After the 83% drawdown from prior highs, the popular altcoin’s weekly chart has printed a cluster of buy signals & the final one he was watching has now triggered.
In a follow-up post, Martinez pointed to the Parabolic SAR flipping below price on the weekly timeframe. In his framing, that shift marks a macro change from downtrend to uptrend and confirms the broader reversal setup he mapped earlier in the week.
Three buy signals, one confirmation
The bullish SUI price call rests on a sequence of weekly indicators.

First, the Tom DeMark Sequential printed a 13 buy signal in late July. Martinez noted that SUI had already rallied about 45% since that print, showing the initial reversal had traction.
Second, the SuperTrend indicator flipped to a buy. He read that as evidence the bounce could expand into a larger trend change rather than a short-lived relief rally.
Third was the Parabolic SAR. In his earlier thread, Martinez said a move above roughly $0.98 would push the SAR dots below price and act as dynamic support. That condition has now been met, which is why he is calling the bull market underway.
Channel map: $1.03 first, $1.40 later
Martinez also places SUI inside a parallel channel on the weekly chart. The mid-range near $1.03 is his immediate upside checkpoint. A break through that zone would open the upper boundary near $1.40, the target he attached to the three-signal setup.
That path is rather conditional. The nearer test is whether the price of SUI can hold the new SAR-supported structure and clear the channel midpoint with follow-through.
What the SUI metric flip actually means
Weekly Parabolic SAR flips are lagging by design. They often confirm momentum that is already visible rather than pin the exact bottom. Critics in the replies made that point: by the time the dots move under price on a weekly close, a meaningful part of the move can already be in.
After a deep drawdown, multiple weekly tools have aligned — DeMark, SuperTrend, and now SAR — while price sits inside a defined channel with clear upside levels. The bull-market claim is his interpretation of that alignment, not a guarantee of a straight run to $1.40.
The practical levels on his map are simple: hold the post-flip structure, watch $1.03, and treat $1.40 as the channel objective if momentum continues. Whether SUI delivers a sustained bull market will depend on follow-through.
