A huge digital asset hedge fund known as Cryptex Finance has just submitted a massive multi-asset exchange-traded fund (ETF) application under the Form S-1/A, Registration No. 333-294594 for a potential NASDAQ listing.
This has landed on The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) table on October 23, 2026. The Cryptex BAGZ ETF consists of 24 crypto currencies, drawing the prices from their signature 36-asset digital asset index.
Anti-Concentration Measures Leave Space For Alts
Major-cap altcoins play a huge part in this huge digital asset line-up, including a roughly 4.41% allocation to Ripple’s native XRP coin. Meanwhile, Shiba Inu (SHIB) takes up another 3.26% of the preliminary fund weight, records show.

Cryptex’s flagship product is the Cryptex Digital Market Cap Index (the one the proposed BAGZ ETF would track). Besides Shiba Inu coin (SHIB) & Ripple’s XRP, that index covers 36 assets representing roughly $2 trillion in total crypto market capitalization.
That’s an estimated 92% of the market excluding stablecoins, but the weights mentioned in the SEC application are prone for adjusting later. Included assets falling below a 0.15% portfolio floor are removed at the quarterly rebalance, which runs four times a year.
No single asset could exceed 30%, with several other measures against concentration imposed. Blue-chip digital assets including Bitcoin (BTC), Solana (SOL), Ethereum (ETH), Cardano (ADA) & Ripple (XRP) cannot take up more than 52% of the BAGZ ETF portfolio.
What’s Next For Shiba Inu Custodians If Approved
There’s 5 different categories of assets included, but no constituent may take more than 50% of that tier’s allocation. Whether this brings substantial amounts of capital inflows for Shiba Inu (SHIB) or Ripple coin (XRP) depends on how far BAGZ ETF can go once it’s approved by the SEC.
Presently, Shiba Inu (SHIB) ranks at the 38th spot with a global market cap of $2,863,698,937, according to SoSoValue’s real-time data. With crypto’s Fear & Greed Index showcasing a status quo at 50, the near-term market direction remains dependent on Bitcoin’s (BTC) ability to stay above $80,000.
