The leading Web3 learning hub BitDegree just launched the heavily-anticipated, $500,000 prize pool-bearing Web3 Exam. BitDegree is well-known for its Web3-centered educational materials and employing a heavily science-based approach to learning – this latest launch cements that reputation further.
Danielius Stasiulis, one of the co-founders of BitDegree, explains why the Web3 Exam is so important to students of Web3:

From its very inception, BitDegree applied Yu-kai Chou’s Octalysis model of gamification to all educational services that the Web3 learning company provides to its students. The model involves eight driving forces behind students’ motivation to learn – addressing those aspects allows for the creation of next-level educational content in the Web3 space.
BitDegree has also conducted major scientific studies together with Vilnius University and the Center of Educational Technology of the University of Tartu. Supported by the European Regional Development Fund, the research concerned students’ motivation for online learning and next-generation educational technologies, respectively.
The Web3 Exam is BitDegree’s most ambitious venture into Web3 education yet – combining all of its research and a scientific approach to how people learn Web3, collaborating with industry-leading partners, BitDegree seeks to elevate the Web3 educational space to the next level.
