On September 18, 2024, Pippen disclosed that Satoshi had sent him an image in a vivid dream: “Satoshi Nakamoto sent me this image in my dream last night and said, “You’re not the only BULL that repeats history my friend.”
The ’90s icon alluded to a picture that compared Bitcoin’s price performance in 2024 and 2020. As the FED slashed interest rates by a half point yesterday, the first easing-off campaign in four years, BTC breached the $62K mark.
Satoshi Storms into Scottie’s Dream
This bullish outlook from Pippen sets a positive tone in the broader market, overwhelmed by a flurry of celebrities launching meme coins without any sense of accountability. However, the manifestation of Satoshi Nakamoto in Pippen’s dreams did not go so well.
On July 30, 2024, Pippen revealed an earlier Nakamoto dream to the public, causing mockery and little appreciation. “He didn’t see me as just another player. Instead, Satoshi was proud that I was opening a new lane for #RWA in the crypto market,” reads the message, shilling his Game 5 Ball token.
“Unnecessary,” uttered one of the crypto bros, while others deemed the vision as “insane” and even insulted Pippen’s ex-girlfriend. “Future should have f***ed your baby mama more often,” said Edge Runner, an advisor for Stable Unit DAO.
Despite the immense backlash, Pippen kept posting his insights every time Satoshi appeared to him. The follow-up post featured an AI-generated image of Pippen teaching a class about BTC under Satoshi’s provision. “Lately, I’ve been talking to him more often in my sleep,” Pippen told his audience on X.
Dream Nakamoto’s Courageous BTC Price Prediction
A brave Bitcoin price prediction stemmed from another lucid dream with Nakamoto in early September 2024. That time, the iconic NBA star went as far as to say, “Satoshi Nakamoto visited me and predicted that Bitcoin would be at $84,650 on November 5, 2024.”
As of press time, BTC is trading at $62,474, whipping up 4.20% daily gains after the Federal Reserve announced its interest rate cut.
