Axie Infinity Announces Builders Program with Rewards for Creators and Developers

This program shall raise community’s engagement as well as bring more decentralization into the governing system.

Sky Mavis, the developer studio behind the well-known crypto game ‘Axie Infinityannounced great news for the community: the opening of the Builder Program. Prior to this, the leading blockchain game provider had tried such an experiment once before. The community even created several mini-games around it, including Flappy Axie and Axie Sushi. However, after the launch of Ronin, a number of policies changed, and so the games had to be closed down.

Now, the developers have returned the ability to create mini-projects inside the Axie Infinity world for rewards. Minimum grants start from $5K in AXS and SLP with engineering and game design support from Sky Mavis; they even provided a list of possible ideas for implementation:

  •     Axie Tamagotchi
  •     Axie Bomberman
  •     Axie Tower Defence
  •     Axie Racing
  •     Axie Chess
  •     Axie Platformer
  •     Re-create Neopets games with Axie assets

The program is intended to raise the community’s engagement levels, as well as bring more decentralization to the governing system. If you’d like to submit an application as a developer, or as a creator, here is the website form.
