The first-ever country to adopt Bitcoin (BTC) is now bracing themselves to host the first-ever government-financed BTC conference. El Salvador’s government, backed by the Bitcoin-loving President Nayib Bukele, is welcoming global leaders to San Salvador’s historical center on November 12, 2025.

Bitcoin Stars To Arrive In El Salvador’s Capital

Namely, this conference is said to take a relentlessly optimistic approach towards Bitcoin’s growth and adoption, while the event itself is described as a start of something bigger: “This isn’t just a conference. This is a testament to an extraordinary moment in history”.

Global leaders slated to attend this inaugural Bitcoin (BTC) event include the nation’s Bitcoin ambassador Max Keiser, Mexican entrepreneur Ricardo Salinas and famed BTC Maxis like Jack Mallers. Interestingly, the early bird tickets can only be bought in Bitcoin (BTC) via BTCPay.

The organizers of El Salvador’s Bitcoin conference reserve the right to unleash fiat methods later in September, while Bitcoin Histórico offers two tiers of tickets. A Trailblazer Seat would cost $350, guaranteeing seating on the main plaza, tech demonstrations & community meet-ups.

El Salvador Solidifies Bitcoin Front-runner Status

The $2,1000 Genesis Crown Pass ticket lets crypto connoisseurs enter the private lounge, get an exclusive Bitcoin Histórico merchandise pack & get the chance to meet keynote speakers one-to-one. El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele has been an active proponent of Bitcoin since the country adopted the technology as legal tender back in 2021 while running his first term, but had to remove the status earlier this year.

Now, Mr. Bukele has a chance to gather like-minded global leaders across the globe and make a blueprint for other nations. Plaza Gerardo Barrios could become the hottest place for Bitcoin enthusiasts between December 12 to 13, as multiple neighboring countries, including Argentina, Honduras & Panama, might follow El Salvador’s path to digital transformation.
