A top expert panel made of 26 industry specialists weighed in on Shiba Inu’s (SHIB) upcoming price trajectory and the potential of SHIB topping Dogecoin (DOGE) by market cap eventually. The survey by Finder has displayed some interesting insights into what Shiba Inu (SHIB) will look like by the end of 2025, in 2030 and 2035.

Can Shiba Inu (SHIB) Achieve 235% Gains By Year-End?

The year-end Shiba Inu price trajectory is predicted to be an average of $0.0000399, over 235% higher from SHIB’s current price. Further on, the expert panel sees a new all-time high (ATH) of at least $0.0001971 by 2030. However, the most interesting takes came in when the panel was asked if Shiba Inu could flip Dogecoin (DOGE) by global market cap.

Among the most bullish panelists is Gracy Chen, the CEO of Bitget crypto exchange. She expects Shiba Inu (SHIB) to be exchanging hands at $0.0000600 before New Year’s Eve. However, only 7% of the panel participants are sure about Shiba Inu (SHIB) scorching past Dogecoin’s (DOGE) market cap, while 14% are having their reservations.

On top of that, 79% of the crypto crowd at Finder don’t see the younger memecoin ever overtaking Dogecoin (DOGE) by market cap. According to Sathvik Vishwanath, the CEO of Unnocoin, the gigantic supply of 589 trillion coins is the biggest hurdle in Shiba Inu’s path to overtake DOGE.

On the other hand, it’s impossible to miss the difference between different tokenomics, as Dogecoin’s (DOGE) present 148,888,866,383 supply is inflationary, while Shiba Inu’s all-time burning efforts have cut the supply from 999T to 584.3T currently in circulation, including Vitalik Buterin burning his allocation when Shiba Inu launched back in 2020.

As the scope of Shiba Inu (SHIB) burning technique grows with both developers and SHIB Army members contributing, the Japanese hunting dog-embossed meme coin supply dynamics could face a tremendous shift in the coming years.

On The Flipside

  • Competing over the years for territory in the meme coin precinct, Shiba Inu (SHIB) once briefly took over Dogecoin (DOGE) by market cap during the $39 billion run-up to the all-time high back in October, 2021.

Why This Matters

The 26-member Finder panel includes prominent crypto sphere figures like Bitget’s Gracy Chen, Joseph Raczynski of JT Tech Consulting and a selection of university professors that are able to provide level-headed mathematical insights without the hype.
